Privacy Policy
Overview
Elliott Chapman is committed to handling any personal information responsibly and in a manner consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), where applicable. As an individual operator without a registered business, the Privacy Act may not formally apply in all circumstances — however, these principles are followed in good faith.
What Is Collected and Why
Unless specifically noted for a project below, no personal information is collected. Where collection does occur, it is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the project to function.
Third-Party Services
Some projects use third-party services that may process your data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. These services have their own privacy policies:
- HubSpot — CRM and form handling. HubSpot Privacy Policy ↗
- OpenRouter / DeepSeek — AI message processing. OpenRouter Privacy Policy ↗
By using a feature that relies on these services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Australia. Reasonable steps are taken to ensure these providers maintain adequate data protection standards.
Data Retention
Information collected through HubSpot is retained for as long as it is relevant to the purpose it was collected for, or until a deletion request is received. Feedback submissions in headless-feedback are retained until removed by the project administrator.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information held. To make a request, use the contact form below.
No Marketing
Your information will not be used to market to you, and will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
